CommCore welcomes Jonas Hosmer as our Spring 2021 intern! Jonas is an undergraduate student at the University of Maryland – College Park studying Communications and Business.
What are three words you would use to best describe yourself?
Passionate, Energetic, and Flexible
Why did you choose to intern at CommCore?
I chose to intern at CommCore because of the experience and professionalism of the team. I am able to work with every person on the team which has allowed me to enhance the skills I have learned in the classroom and previous work as well as gain new ones.
What are you most passionate about?
Taking advantage of every opportunity that comes my way. I was always taught from a young age to open as many doors as possible, and I love being able to learn new items which help develop me not only professionally but personally as well.
What is your favorite social media outlet?
LinkedIn. I love how the platform has been able to combine professional networking with the familiar social media type layout. The website has allowed me to expand my network to people in industry and job throughout the country which would not have been possible beforehand.
What do you hope to get involved with at CommCore?
I hope to get more involved when it comes to brainstorming marketing ideas and being involved with upcoming communications trainings.
