With many new faces around CommCore, we want to introduce the new team in our New Team Member Highlight Q&A series.
Next up is Ali! Ali is CommCore’s part time associate who leads content creation for our website and social media platforms.
Three words I would use to describe myself:
Goal-oriented, adaptable, and optimistic
What did you do before coming to CommCore?
CommCore was the first company that I interned for the summer going into my junior year of college. I was enthusiastic about returning part-time following my internship, and as a current senior, I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to continue learning and growing here.
Why work at CommCore?
I love the variety of clients that CommCore works with and the firm’s reputation in the crisis management area. I enjoy that every day is different, and working on various projects simultaneously pushes me to keep up in a fast-paced work environment. I also understand the value of media training in today’s world, and I believe that learning from consultants with very different backgrounds sharpens my communication skills.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
In my free time, I love yoga, reading, and baking. I am obsessed with trying out new recipes because I’m a major foodie!
What do you hope to get involved with at CommCore?
I am currently involved with the creation of crisis simulations and the development of marketing materials. I would love to get more involved in the client-facing side of the business in the future because I love connecting with new people.
