These apps, developed by a number of leading technology and consulting firms, cover areas such as emergency response management, emergency response operations, emergency research and more. This site also has a webinar, blog, news, and other resources.
Continuity Innovators has also created a pandemic planning tool free of charge. The software only needs an internet connection, which means it’s easily accessible. The plan includes support in determining a pandemic team, critical vendors, key stakeholders, key staff, action items, and more.
Gartner has a free webinar on their website with articles about different aspects of operating a business during this time. There’s also available research and videos focusing on continuing business continuity as much as possible.
These resources help you follow our “4Fs rule” for crisis communications. Keeping your communication factual, frequent, fast and flexible is important. These tools make your correspondence with your employees and coworkers as efficient as possible.
