Washington, DC (September 20, 2021) – CommCore, a small business specializing in media and communications training for government, is delighted to announce that it will continue its successful media training contract with the Department of State Foreign Services Institute. The single multi-year award was made to Creek Technologies, an Ohio-based small disabled veteran-owned business, on the OASIS contract, with CommCore as the subcontractor. The contract provides Media Training Support Services for the School of Professional and Area Studies with the Public Diplomacy Training Division. The media training for government courses will be developed for foreign service officers on how to interact with the media to explain and defend U.S. foreign policy. Courses range from one half-day to three-days and include: Foundations of Public Diplomacy, Working with Domestic Media, Public Diplomacy Officer Tradecraft, Advocacy Through the Media, Advanced Seminar for PD LE Staff, and Executive Training.

“This award represents further validation of the teaming capability we’ve created within our soon-to-be-launched Software-as-a-Service InfoSquirrelTM,” declared Lea Culver, CreekTech CEO. “In navigating this constant stream of task orders increasingly concentrated in government IDIQ vehicles like OASIS, smaller firms need to find one another, team quickly, and then respond with focus and speed. We look forward to replicating this success many times over with CommCore.”
