Administrative/Account Coordinator:
CommCore, a leading Strategic Communication and Public Relations firm based in Washington, DC, is seeking a full-time Administrative/Account Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid position (reporting to DC office and remote). The candidate will perform a wide range of administrative, client and office support tasks. The Administrative Coordinator will report to the President & CEO, and COO.

Skills Required: • Office experience with 1-2 years in communications/public relations setting as an intern or full-time staff, account assistant, coordinator, college degree (or equivalent experience, certifications). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, CRM tools (Constant Contact, Salesforce experience preferred but not required), Creative tools (Adobe Suite, Canva), Meltwater or Cision and/or other social media monitoring tools. • The ideal candidate must possess the following skills: detail oriented; strong time management and organizational skills, able to multitask in a rapidly moving environment, collaborative, strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and strong verbal and written communications. • Proficient knowledge/experience using social media channels for distribution and development of content (not required but preferred). • Self-starter and creative.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead and support company/client relations calendars/schedules. • Support Account Executives/SVPs with upcoming program coordination, which includes but not limited to: briefing calls, detailed meeting notes, client interactions on behalf of AE/SVPs on logistics. • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for staff and consultants (as needed). • Support business development efforts, which include but are not limited to: business proposal drafts/edits, research, meetings and marketing campaigns (as needed). • Support and develop specified content for Crisis Communications practice of the company as needed and instructed. • Client reporting based on social media monitoring utilizing tools such as Meltwater but not limited to the platform (skill can be refined/developed in job role). • Maintain information in Salesforce. • Manage client virtual workshops (Zoom, Teams and Google Meet experience preferred/required) and other platforms. • Support and lead various marketing and PR campaigns as needed.

Salary: Negotiable. Excellent benefits package. Performance-based bonuses are at the discretion of the CEO and COO and are evaluated at the end of the year. Professional growth/benchmarking will be reviewed every 6 months.
