Corporate Communications in 2023
It’s a new year but as the old saying goes:
The more things change, the more they stay the same. With the pandemic and a total remote environment to the hybrid ways of returning to work, new technologies and techniques changed a lot in the world of corporate communications. But communications training and crisis counsel remain top priorities at CommCore Consulting, whether conducted virtually or in-person. We are also seeing consistency with CommCore client requests, including:
- Crisis Communications – crisis plan creation, or auditing current plans and testing the team on how they actually perform under simulated conditions.
- Social Media – how it plays a part in reputation management and response.
- Hybrid Presentations – how to present in-person and virtually to an audience. Examples: Oral Presentations for new business pitches; investor presentations, internally to an onsite team and remote attendees simultaneously, FDA presentations with no video feed, just audio and slides.
- Media Training with print reporters who want to see the person they are interviewing.
- Executive Coaching for a variety of settings and situations to further groom a spokesperson for a particular event or panel or stepping into the boardroom for the first time in 3 years.
- Coaching on managing anxiety and how to present with confidence and calm.
- Soft skills training for entry-level/junior staff and new hires to navigate an in-person communications environment.
If your organization or company seeks coaching or training in any of the areas above, or if you simply would like more information, please book a discovery call with us.
