Michael Sigman is a trainer, coach, consultant and speaker specializing in leadership development. Clients seek his expertise in Media Interview Techniques, Public Speaking Skills, Speech Preparation, Meeting Facilitation, Sales Team Development, Problem Solving, and Critical Thinking. Michael brings over 35 years of experience and his knowledge of behavior science communication tools, to his workshops and coaching sessions. He works with C-level, senior, and mid-career executives, celebrity spokespeople, and subject matter experts.

Michael’s leadership communication assignments include programs for the U.S. Department of State Foreign Service Institute, Social Security Administration, Government Accountability Office (GAO), and the American Bar Association Bar Leadership Institute. For the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Michael coached more than 1,800 CPA leaders in almost every state over the past 15 years. He counseled that organization’s entire leadership team and the 15 most recent board chairs.

Michael also worked with CommCore corporate clients to include Pepsico, Verizon, General Motors, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, New York Life, Facebook, Texas Instruments, and Toyota. He coached the CEO, Vice Chair, and numerous executives at Samsung in Seoul, Korea, and in eight countries on four continents.

Michael’s broadcast journalism career began in Philadelphia as a news planner for WCAU-TV.  He was an all-news radio anchor and PBS television news producer before anchoring Delaware’s First State News where he garnered half a dozen Emmy Award nominations during his tenure as news director.  He was also the prime-time evening news anchor for TSM News, a regional news operation in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, Television and Film from Temple University’s School of Communications and Theatre.
